Ok, so something I have been talking a lot about lately is this funny / amazing routine called The Miracle Morning
I found it somewhat "randomly" on Audible for my drive to Arizona. I have done it a few times (before coming down with the flu) and I can honestly say it is LIFE CHANGING.
Taking space to get clear on our intentions & into the stillness of our heart is something that can allude when one has a crazy schedule. When do we make the time to work on our dreams or be good to our Soul? Enter: The Miracle Morning
I just talked a bit about this on my Instagram Live Segment. There is a massive Stellium of energy in pragmatic, "get shit done" Capricorn today and for the next few days, including a beautiful New Moon in Cap on January 16th, 2018 (6:17pm PST)
Here is what I suggest. Try the Miracle Morning one morning this week, I think it's an amazing way to capitalize on the potent Capricorn Vibes + New Moon Manifestation Magic.
Buy the book, listen to it in your car (if you're like me and don't take much time to read...)
To get started try the following as suggested by Hal Elrod.
The Miracle Morning:
1. Get up EARLY. It can be anytime, but enough to give yourself space and stillness before the busy-ness of life and the world gets in the way. I have been doing 5:45am.
2. Brush your teeth, drink a full glass of water. Get your energy moving so you don't get back into bed. Hal suggests reminding yourself via his affirmations (that come with the book / on his website) why you are getting up early and what kind of change you'd like to facilitate into your life & how getting up early helps with that.
3. He calls it SAVERS & you'll get started on your Miracle Morning doing the following:
S. Silence or Meditation - 10 minutes
A. Affirmations - Create your own. Whatever it is you'd like to call into your life. Make these positive Statements, and throw in extremely positive loving Statements about Yourself. - 10 minutes
V. Visualization - Go into Visualizing. To see it in your 3D World you've got to see it internally first. Everything is created from the Subconscious Mind. Have this space be an origin of peace and success in your life. - 10 minutes
E. Exercise - I like to do a quick Yoga Set or my own made up fitness sequence. - 10 minutes
R. Reading - Read a book that explores something you've been wanting to learn or grow upon. - - 10 minutes
S. Scribe (Writing or Journaling) - 10 minutes
If you can master your morning, you master your day, and then you master your life.
