Ok, so I feel like I thought of something super brilliant today ;)
My whole journey with my work, is absolutely to make Astrology relatable & practical. So, each time we have a lunation, I want to give you an exercise you can actually do to connect with that lunation or whatever is going on in the Cosmos. To ground it down into your life, make it real & take action. I don’t want to just tell you what it is, but rather, how to work with it to make you life incredible.
So, this coming Saturday we have a New Moon in Capricorn @ 5:28pm PST.
Cap is the go-get-em’ sign of diligence, responsibility & the proverbial slow & steady rise to the top (cue: I’M ALL THE WAY UP) To me, it’s always made great sense we would start our year off in this sign, from an energetic stand point it’s the perfect time to make goals, visions & put practical, tangible action to them. That is often why Capricorn energy is so accomplished according to the Zodiac, because, they don’t just dream things up, they actually ground them in purpose & go for it. Slow & Steady wins the race, is the Capricorn Mantra!
Combine with this New Year Energy + New Moon in Cap, I felt the below would be an excellent way to start your Journey.

Do the below Visualization Meditation:
2. Journal: 5 things you want to experience in 2019 & 5 ways you want to feel
Write this down in red ink if you can, in a journal or notebook and let it be for a while. Re-visit it months down the line & see what’s come true for you, where you want to tweak your actions, feelings, etc. See how close you are to some of these experiences.
3. Create a Pinterest Board Vision Board, label it 2019 - add your dreams, visions, feelings, experiences, etc. in pictorial form to this board. When you do this be sure you are listening to your FAVE song…headphones preferred. Let yourself get lost in the excitement / imagery / beauty, of what you are putting together.
Download the Pinterest App to your phone, look at this in the morning after you Meditate, or if you are in line at the grocery store, etc. Just keep re-visiting these images, let them help you to feel inspired, hopeful, creative, excited about life & what is possible.
